The Data Analyst oversees all CRM systems and activities involved in the management of membership registration processing, membership data maintenance, and customer user experience. He or she supervises the local operation and administration of the Council membership and business intelligence system(s); develops data management processes and procedures; and is responsible for ensuring data quality, integrity, and timeliness. He or she oversees related report generation and data analysis activity. He or she ensures that high quality customer service protocols are established, implemented, and maintained in area of responsibility.
