The Membership Services Manager provides direct opportunities for girls using program developed content and resources derived from the Girl Scout Program Portfolio. The program can be delivered in a traditional troop setting or as a starter troop with the intent of training volunteers to lead the troop after a specified period of time. The programs can be delivered to girls either in-person or virtual setting. Upon completion of each program delivered a recruiting event is conducted to place girls in traditional volunteer led troops or to recruit adults to continue to deliver the program. 

The Membership Services Manager will work with Membership Managers and Customer Support to provide direct support to troops and service units. This will include but not be limited to attending new troop leader meetings, attending service unit meetings, follow-up calls to girls and parents interested in Girl Scouts or lapsed members and assisting in conducting of recruiting events.
